LOG FILES
This website follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, this website uses “cookies”. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing my web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

CCPA PRIVACY RIGHTS (DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
- Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not to sell the consumer’s personal data.
I do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, under some circumstances, a transfer of personal information to a third party, or within my family of companies, without monetary consideration may be considered a “sale” under California law. To opt-out of the sale of your personal information, click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” at the bottom of any page to submit your request.

CALOPPA PROTECTION RIGHTS
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.
According to CalOPPA, I agree to the following:
- Users can visit my site anonymously.
- My Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on my website.
- Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on my Privacy Policy Page.
- Users can change their personal information by contacting me.
I honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

I use third-party services such as Google Analytics and Unity Analytics. This service’s Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party services. Thus, I am advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party services for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
PAYMENTS
I provide paid products for the mobile application Blitz Resist, via third-party services for payment processing (payment processors).
I will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to my third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
Another part of my priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. I encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
This service does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information, I strongly encourage you to contact me immediately and I will do my best efforts to promptly remove such information from my records.
